Big and Small - we have them all!! We couldn't resist this picture - it was tempting to just pop the Trojan 'Bubble' Car in the Boot. The 'Caddy' was leaving to go to its new owner and these two did look most odd parked together. We do think that they are the largest and smallest car/s that we have looked after, to date. Watch this space!!

The beginning of 2008 started with us suffering one of the worst flooding that has ever hit the area we are in!! Unusual and not something we have ever worried about as we are at the top of a hill, sadly for Simply Classics, not quite high enough!! Just to the north is a rising valley that managed to collect most of the rain that fell on the top of the South Downs - as it couldn't soak away it decided to cascade its way down the valley into our premises. The picture shows us trying to stop the water coming in the office - it doesnt look that dramatic, until you notice that the 'pigs' outside the door are infact floating in 2 foot of water!! Our own 'guard dog' Dinah is trying to drink the muddy water as it seeps through the door edges - yes she did have an upset stomach the next day!! As we write this we are getting back to normal - once we have removed the 2 inches of mud left in the 4000 square foot of Workshop Space!
