Martin (Big Martin /aka Doc Martin) is the boss, or so he likes to think. It was always his dream to run a classic car company, and it was back in 2002 that the basic concept of Simply Classics was born. A graduate Engineer by trade (never EVER call Martin a Mechanic, his bottom lip trembles) his entire life has always revolved around the internal combustion engine. One of the greatest problem solvers ever, his basic law is that anything can be fixed, it is just how and when that might be the issue. Specialising in both Mechanical and Electrical problems - his bodywork skills are not too bad either! Always happy to give advise to those who need it.
Newest member of the team - young Simon has joined us as an Apprentice and we are delighted to have him here! Simon attends College when not here and he is gradually understanding the vagaries of the classic car - he also understands that nothing here is ever straight forward!
Peter is our on call 'metal' doctor. Basically if its metal and it needs repair our Peter can do it. Simply years and years and years of experience on both modern cars and classics, as far back as a 1927 Delarge. His skills are second to none and he can even turn his hands at lead filling/loading, so if you want original rather than plastic filler - he can do that!
