We had the pleasure of repairing this wonderful little Austin 7 Ulster Replica, after it had a little bit of an altercation with a lorry on the A27 - the car is not only a superb example but it also comes with a lovely bit of history attached to it.
With a unique registration number RN1476 this superh little car holds the following records from 1977 and 1978. Class H 1000 miles at 53.89 mph and 24 hours at 54.5 mph (1308 miles) along with 5000 Km at 54.2 mph - in 1978 the following was achieved in Class H and outright 5000 Miles at 50.90 mph and 10,000 Km at 49.20 mph.
Sterling Moss has also driven this little dream around Goodwood - a real and superb little slice of motoring history

Its always difficult to come up with a unique way to take your daughter to the Prom, without breaking the bank!! However for our daughters Prom in 2006 - we did take her and her 8 friends in our own Hillman Minx (Basil) and another Minx owned by a very generous customer - who happens to reside in Cambodia! Amoungst all the other stretch limos and even a double decker bus, this pair certainly caused a flurry of interest. A very classic arrival!!

Meet the Classics Bear - he comes complete with his own passport and therefore can come with you and your classic where ever you may go. He wears a special pullover that carries our telephone number, so he not only keeps you and your car company, but he also ensures that you have our telephone number to hand! Truly a friend. All Simply Classic maintained cars have a bear, and each year, at Christmas, the customer who has travelled the furthest with their bear AND their car, and has sent us some photographic evidence, will win a bottle of bubbly to celebrate!
